Shipping policy

We utilize USPS as our primary shipping carrier. Once payment has been verified, your order will be processed. Please allow 1-3 days for your order to be shipped. You will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number once your order has been shipped. If you do not receive the tracking number within 3 days of your purchase, please contact Coalie@ruggedarrow.com. 

Shipping rates are determined at checkout and are based upon delivery address and the total weight of the order. 

Once your order has left our warehouse, we are longer responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen items during transit. It is not guaranteed that your package will arrive on the listed date once it is in the possession of the USPS. For further questions, please reach out to Coalie@ruggedarrow.com
